Return Policy
Returns
Our return window lasts 30 days from your order date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Items must be postmarked as shipped within the 30-day return period or the refund will be denied upon receipt. This includes cases where a return was approved but shipped later than the allowed period.
If we receive a return postmarked after your 30-day window, we will notify you by email. You will have the option to pay for a new shipping label to have the item returned to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your account at the top of our website or at https://account.fishingtote.com
- Log in using the email address used for your purchase.
- A verification code will be sent to that email.
- Once logged in, select “Request a return” and follow the on-screen steps.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming we have received it and whether your refund was approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days.
The refunded amount will be your original payment total, minus:
- The 20% restocking fee, and
- Any bundle or promotional discounts applied to your order.
Example: If a bundle or multi-item discount was used, the refund will reflect the full price of items kept, and the discount value will be deducted from the return amount.
FastTrack Fulfillment™ – Non-Refundable Service
FastTrack Fulfillment™ is a paid fulfillment upgrade and service. Because this service begins immediately after your order is placed — reserving priority shipping and handling — it is non-refundable once purchased, even if the associated order is later returned or canceled.
This service cannot be transferred, canceled, or credited toward future orders.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund officially posts.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us via the Contact Us page, and we’ll provide return shipping instructions.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you request that we provide a prepaid label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
For any return valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
