No, we recommend you only clean it by hand with mild soap and a wash cloth. This is because there is an internal water resistant liner that may be impacted by detergents and washing machines.

Sadly, we do not recommend this for Fly Fishing rods. The reason being is that fly fishing rods have very small rod handles underneath the reel, and the bottom of the Fishing Tote is a bit too deep for it. You can resolve this by putting foam into the pouch to allow the bottom of the rod to sit higher, but without that modification it may not be the best fit.

It's capable of holding 5 fishing rods on the outside of the Fishing Tote, as well there are two smaller pockets and one large pocket on the outside. Then, you have the inside of the bag itself. We have been able to carry tackle boxes, lures, lights, and even 1-2 folding chairs! The possibilities are endless!
